On November 17th, 2021, at 3:57 P.M., the Faribault County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a one vehicle rollover, south of the intersection of County Road 16 and 310th Ave., Blue Earth, Minnesota.

Upon arrival, Faribault County Deputies located a 1996 Ford Windstar rolled over in the East ditch. One adult male, Paul McDonough, age 32 of Fairmont, MN, was trapped and had to be extricated. The adult male was pronounced deceased after life saving measures were administered. There were two other occupants in the vehicle who were identified as Kado McDonough, age 18, of Fairmont, MN and Richard Murphy, age 18, of rural Blue Earth, MN.  McDonough and Murphy sustained minor injuries and were treated and released from the scene.

The crash is still under investigation by Faribault County Sheriff’s Office and Minnesota State Patrol. Name of the driver is pending due to family notification.
