TWO VEHICLES COLLIDED ON I-90 JUST EAST OF FAIRMONT ON SATURDAY MORNING INJURING ONE OF THE DRIVERS. A PETERBUILT SEMI DRIVEN WESTBOUND BY 48 YEAR OLD CHRISTOPHER GETLINGER OF RICHFIELD,WISC. AND A CAR ALSO DRIVEN WESTBOUND ON I-90 BY 30 YEAR OLD MAXWELL MATTHEW REHLEK OF WAUKEGAN, ILLINOIS WHEN THE SEMI LOST SIGHT OF THE CAR IN A SNOW CLOUD AND REARENDED IT ABOUT JUST BEFORE 9 AM ON SATURDAY. REHLEK WAS INJURED AND TRANSPORTED TO MAYO CLINIC HEALTH SYSTEM FAIRMONT FOR TREATMENT OF NON-LIFE THREATENING INJURIES ACCORDING TO THE STATE PATROL REPORT. GETLINGER AND A PASSENGER IN THE CAR SUFFERED NO APPARENT INJURY.
