A young woman was found dead in downtown Truman Sunday morning. She had no permanent address and identification is pending an autopsy from the Ramsey County Medical Examiner.

The woman was discovered deceased at a downtown store. The owner of the store lives in the basement of the building.

There were no injuries to the body, but the woman’s death is classified suspicious until a suspected drug overdose is confirmed. Officials expect to learn the woman’s identity soon.
