Martin County: 15 cases, all are not currently hospitalized.

Nine cases are currently hospitalized: 36, 41, 84, 56, 60, 62, 70, 79, 94

462 CONFIRMED CASES. ACTIVE CASES 135. RECOVERED 316. 11 COVID RELATED DEATHS SO FAR.

Faribault County: 2 cases, neither are currently hospitalized.

Ages: 71, 39

One prior reported case has become hospitalized. Age: 81

WATONWAN COUNTY HAS 535 CONFIRMED CASES. 23 ACTIVE. 1 CURRENTLY KNOWN HOSPITALIZED. 508 OUT OF ISOLATION. 4 COVID RELATED DEATHS SO FAR.

The Minnesota Department of Health reported on Wednesday 689 new confirmed positive cases of COVID-19.  The total number of cases in Minnesota is 99,134.

There have been 16 additional deaths associated with COVID-19, putting the state’s death total at 2,036.  Deaths among cases that resided in long term care or assisted living facilities increased to 1,458.

A total of 89,392 people have recovered statewide and no longer require isolation.

The Iowa Department of Public Health is confirming the deaths of 18 more Iowans from COVID-19 and 1,048 more who have tested positive.

The total number of Iowans who have tested positive for COVID-19 now stands at 88,555 with 68,365 considered recovered from the virus.

So far, 1,341 deaths have been contributed to the virus since the pandemic began.  Of those 693 deaths have been among patients of long term care facilities.  There are currently 52 outbreaks affecting 1,127 individuals at Iowa long term care facilities.

As of Wednesday morning there were 390 patients hospitalized with the coronavirus, the last time this many Iowans were hospitalized with the virus was in early May.
