On Monday the Minnesota Department of Health reported 499 new cases of the coronavirus in the state. Minnesota’s total number is now at 42,772.
The MDH also reported 2 additional deaths, bringing the total to 1,504, with 1,172 of the deaths occurring in long term care or assisted living facilities.
In Minnesota a total of 768,989 people have been tested for COVID-19.
The Iowa Department of Health reported an additional 460 cases of COVID-19 and 3 additional deaths on Monday.
State Officials report a total of 752 people with COVID-19 have died from the disease across the state.
