On July 11th, a traffic stop near Estherville, Iowa resulted in the arrest of 32yo Stephanie Reynolds of Dunnell, Minnesota on felony charges of Operating While Intoxicated (O.W.I) – 3rd Offense, in addition to charges of speeding and driving without a license.
According to Emmet County Sheriff Mike Martens, the deputy observed the vehicle—under control by Reynolds—driving 89 miles per hour and initiated the stop.
Upon investigation, Reynolds exhibited signs of intoxication and a field-administered breathalyzer indicated a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit. Reynolds was transported to the Emmet County Jail and booked on her charges.
